Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling your child at RLC – The School of Abacus or using our website.

Welcome to RLC – The School of Abacus. By enrolling your child, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Admission and Enrolment

Admission is confirmed after the completion of registration formalities and payment of applicable fees.
The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.
Enrolment is valid for the academic period for which fees have been paid.
Parents must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Fees and Payments

All fees are payable in full as per the fee structure communicated at the time of admission.
Fees may be revised periodically with prior notice to parents.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, card, or other accepted methods.
Late payment may result in suspension of classes until dues are cleared.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees and kit charges are non-refundable once paid.
Monthly tuition fees are not refunded for partial attendance or mid-month withdrawal.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of the approved request.
The school reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Attendance and Conduct

Regular attendance is expected for all enrolled students.
Parents should notify the centre in advance if a student is unable to attend a class.
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.
The school reserves the right to dismiss a student whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

Class Schedule and Batch Allocation

Batch timings and class schedules are communicated at the time of admission.
The school reserves the right to modify schedules, merge batches, or reassign students as needed.
Make-up classes may be offered at the school's discretion but are not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, worksheets, and proprietary content provided by RLC are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course materials without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

RLC – The School of Abacus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Parents acknowledge that participation in abacus classes involves physical activity (hand movements, bead work) and assume associated risks.

Parent Communication

Parents are encouraged to maintain open communication with the centre regarding their child's progress.
The school may share updates, announcements, and progress reports via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Parents must inform the school of any changes to contact information promptly.

Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate admission enquiries.
We strive to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee completeness or error-free content.
Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi, Odisha.

Changes to Terms

RLC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
